Lance Growth is the CEO and Founder of Growth 1031, Inc. and a nationally recognized authority on 1031 exchanges, opportunity zones, and strategic real estate development.
After graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with a focus on real estate and tax law, Lance and his team have helped clients avoid hundreds of millions in capital gains taxes while delivering a high level of service that has earned Growth 1031, Inc. recognition as one of the top six firms in the country. Lance currently has offices in Brooklyn, San Diego, and Atlanta.
As an industry expert, Lance has been featured in national press, including Schwab Network, Fox 5 News, Authority Magazine, The American Dream TV, and ABC, as well as in publications such as Modern Luxury Magazine and SD Voyage.
Beyond his professional success, Lance is deeply committed to empowering youth in underserved communities. He has collaborated with organizations including the Red Cross, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Collective Access, and recently launched The Growth Foundation and Connect Saint Lucia — initiatives focused on youth development throughout the Caribbean, particularly in his birth country of Saint Lucia.
